Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of A.R.R Minar, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

A.R.R Minar provides:

• Custom minar design and construction
• Minar renovation and repair services
• Architectural consultation for Islamic structures
• Project management and installation
• Maintenance and support services

Project Terms

Quotations and Estimates

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices may vary based on material costs and project specifications
• Final pricing will be confirmed before project commencement

Payment Terms

• Advance payment of 30% required to commence work
• Progress payments as per agreed milestones
• Final payment upon project completion and approval
• Payment delays may result in project suspension

Project Timeline

• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, permits, or unforeseen circumstances
• Client delays in approvals may extend project duration
• We will communicate any timeline changes promptly

Quality and Warranty

• We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship for 2 years from completion
• Warranty covers structural defects and workmanship issues
• Normal wear and tear, weather damage, and misuse are not covered
• Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and specifications
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Ensure site accessibility for our team and equipment
• Make timely payments as per agreed schedule
• Provide feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes

Limitation of Liability

A.R.R Minar's liability is limited to the contract value of the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our liability does not extend beyond the warranty period specified in the contract.

Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and creative work remain the intellectual property of A.R.R Minar unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive usage rights for their specific project.

Cancellation Policy

• Projects can be cancelled with 7 days written notice
• Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed
• Advance payments are non-refundable after work commencement
• Materials ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
